UK mainland delivery is normally within 2-3 working days but is not guaranteed.
Linda Barker Paints are hand made (custom-made) and are completed to the customer's individual order and for this reason are non-refundable. No goods are supplied on a sale or return basis. If kept frost free & cool we will guarantee any unopened products for 12 months from the date of purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to order the quantity, colour & type of products appropriate to their needs and any advice given by us is given in good faith but we will not be held liable for any losses, errors, or omissions. Specifications may change without prior notice.
Testers are available to check the exact colours. All samples are sent in Ultra Matte paint - all other types of paint can appear to be slightly different under different lighting and this is due to metamerism – which affects all brands equally. All of our paints are checked under D65 artificial daylight. Please check the product prior to use as we will not be held liable for costs incurred as a result of an incorrect product being applied - a test area is always advisable. If multiple containers of product are supplied it is always good practice to pre-mix them before application. Our limit of liability extends to the value of goods supplied.
Matchpots (nominal 50ml) and charts are supplied as a service for colour and product choosing only – at a loss, are not security-sealed and are not sold as consumer products and for these reasons are non-refundable.
Shortage, error, damage & losses must be notified on the day of delivery. Any goods that would be accepted for return are the customer's responsibility & must be received by us unopened, as new, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Any items requested to be left unattended are entirely at the customer’s risk because they are not signed for & so are uninsured meaning that we cannot replace any losses. We always try to deliver promptly but are not responsible for actual delivery times.
The placing of an order is taken as agreement to these terms and consent to proceed. Nothing herein affects your statutory rights.
*Please note - overseas orders – be sure to provide an accurate address, phone number and one leave-safe option - we will always do our best to help ensure prompt safe delivery, but all such orders are sent at the customer's risk - carriage may be sub-contracted when it leaves the UK and your local couriers or customs handlers may not respond to our requests. Alternatively you are welcome to arrange your own collection from our factory and we are happy to assist in this. Errors and omissions accepted.
